  Ingredients

INGREDIENTS 2 Crusts

Beer or Water 1 ½ Cup(s)
Bread Flour 4 ¼ Cup(s)
Bread machine yeast 2 Tsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 Tbsp
Honey or Sugar 1 Tbsp
Salt 1 ½ Tsp

  Directions

  • Measure ingredients into bread pan in the order listed.
  • Insert bread pan securely into baking chamber; close lid. Plug unit into wall outlet.
  • Select DOUGH. Press the START/STOP button.
  • The complete signal will sound when dough is ready.
  • Using pot holders remove bread pan from baking chamber and place dough on a lightly floured surface.
  • Invert a large mixing bowl over dough and let rest for 10 minutes.
  • Divide dough in half. Set one half aside and keep covered. Lightly brush 2 large pizza pans with olive oil and sprinkle with cornmeal; set aside.
  • On lightly floured surface roll out half of dough to fit prepared pan. Top with desired topping ingredients such as sauce, cheese and vegetables. Bake in a preheated oven at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes or until edges are golden and cheese is bubbling.
  • Repeat with remaining dough.

MAKES 2, 15-INCH THIN CRUST PIZZAS
