Cinnamon Rolls

Dough can do some amazing things! The Breadman® mixes, kneads, and lets it rise. So all you need to do is shape the dough any way you want for easy baking in the oven.

Cinnamon Rolls

  Ingredients

INGREDIENTS 2 dozen rolls

Milk (80°F-90°F) ¼ Cup(s)
Water (80°F-90°F) ¼ Cups + 2 Tbsp
Eggs 1  
Sugar ¼ Cup(s)
Unsalted Butter or Margarine, cut in pieces 2 Tbsp
Salt ½ Tsp
Bread Flour 2 ½ Cup(s)
Active Dry or Machine Yeast 2 ¼ Tsp

  Directions

  • Roll out dough on lightly floured surface to 9 x 14 inch rectangle.
  • Brush with about 2 tbsp. melted butter. Sprinkle with a mixture of 3 tbsp. sugar and ½ tsp. ground cinnamon. Top with ¼ cup raisins.

  • Cut into 1-inch slices and arrange in greased 9 x 12 inch bread pan.
  • Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled in size (about 45 minutes).
  • Bake in preheated oven at 375°F until golden brown (about 20 minutes).
  • Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack.
  • If desired, drizzle with confectioners’ sugar frosting when cool.
