Low Carb Rye Bread

Low Carb Rye Bread



Water (80-90┬░F) 1 Cup(s)
Oil 1 Tbsp
Molasses ½ Tsp
Salt 1 Tsp
Vital Wheat Gluten ¾ Cup(s)
Rye Flour ½ Cup(s)
Wheat Bran ½ Cup(s)
Rice Protein Powder ¼ Cup(s)
Caraway Seeds 1 Tbsp
Splenda® 1 Tsp
Bread Machine Yeast 1 ½ Tsp


  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ingredients in order listed, except pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
  • Insert bread pan securely into baking chamber; close lid. Plug unit into wall outlet.
  • Select LOW CARB. Press the START button.
  • The complete signal will sound when bread is done.
  • Using pot holders remove bread pan from baking chamber and carefully remove bread from pan. (If kneading paddle remains in bread, remove paddle once bread has cooled.
  • Allow bread to cool on the wire rack until ready to serve (at least 20 minutes.)

Makes one, 2-lb. Loaf
