Bread Machine Yeast 2 ¼ Tsp
Butter or Margarine, cut in pieces ¼ Cup(s)
Cooking Oats 3 Tbsp
Eggs, at room temperature 2  
Fresh Lemon Juice 2 Tsp
Liquid Lecithin 1 Tbsp
Oat Bran ¾ Cup(s)
Oil 2 Tbsp
Pecans ¼ Cup(s)
Psylliium Husk Powder 3 Tbsp
Rice Protein Powder ¼ Cup(s)
Salt 2 Tsp
Splenda®* ½ Cup(s)
Vital Wheat Gluten 1 Cup(s)
Water (80°F – 90°F) 1 ⅔ Cup(s)
Wheat Bran ¼ Cup(s)
Nutrional Yeast Powder 3 Tbsp

  Directions

  • Measure ingredients, except pecans, bread pan in the order listed, except pecans.
  • Insert bread pan securely into baking chamber; close lid. Plug unit into wall outlet.
  • Select LOW CARB. Press the START/STOP button.
  • At “add ingredient” beep, add pecans.
  • The complete signal will sound when bread is done.
  • Using pot holders remove bread pan from baking chamber and carefully remove bread from pan. (If kneading paddle remains in bread, remove paddle once bread has cooled.)
  • Allow bread to cool on a wire rack until ready to serve (at least 20 minutes).
MAKES ONE, 2-LB. LOAF
