Raspberry Mango Preserves

Raspberry Preserves



fresh lemon Juice 1 Tbsp
mango, peeled and coarsely chopped 1  
Powdered Pectin 1 ¾ oz
fresh raspberries 1 Cup(s)
Sugar ¾ Cup(s)


  • Measure ingredients in order listed into bread pan.
  • Insert bread pan securely into baking chamber; close lid. Plug unit into wall outlet.
  • Select JAM and Press the START button.
  • The complete signal will sound when the preserves are done.
  • Using a pot holder, remove bread pan from baking chamber and carefully pour preserves into clean jars.
  • Place in refrigerator to cool.
  • Store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
