Orange Mojo Marmalade

Use ripe, in-season fruits to create irresistible jams and preserves. The simple recipe and short cooking time give you something sweet and satisfying to top off your homemade breads and rolls.

Ground Cumin ¼ Tsp
Lime Juice 1½ Tbsp
Small Onion, thinly sliced 1  
Fresh Orange Juice ⅔ Cup(s)
Orange Peel, slivered ¼ Cup(s)
Oregano, chopped 1 Tbsp
Powdered Pectin 1¾ oz
Salt ⅛ Tsp
Sugar 1 Cup(s)


  • Measure ingredients in order listed into bread pan.
  • Insert bread pan securely into baking chamber; close lid. Plug unit into wall outlet.
  • Select JAM and Press the START button.
  • The complete signal will sound when the preserves are done.
  • Using a pot holder, remove bread pan from baking chamber and carefully pour preserves into clean jars.
  • Place in refrigerator to cool.
  • Store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
