Bread Recipes
Please note: Bread making is highly dependent on the size and shape of the baking chamber. As such, different bread makers will require slightly different ingredient measures, even for the same recipe.
To ensure you are using the right measures for your bread maker, we have labeled each recipe with the bread maker models that can be used with each recipe. Please take note of which model of bread maker you have and the acceptable bread makers to use at the beginning of each recipe. You can use a recipe that does not list your bread maker, though you may need to adjust the ingredients slightly to get the right taste.
We have made finding a new recipe easy by dividing recipes by the bread cycle (course) selected when making that bread. Use the bread making instructions from your Use & Care manual with the ingredients provided in these recipes. Also note, that any RAPID setting requires less yeast; yeast measures for RAPID are listed at the end of the recipe – for a regular, non-rapid bread, use the first row of yeast measures provided.
