Rated 5 out of 5 by from Piece of cake! I'm not fond of cooking, but was forced to change my diet to a lower sodium diet and realized I wouldn't have to give up bread if I baked it myself. Wow....never expected that baking bread could be so easy! LOVE my Breadman!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Have had several over the years Different models, but same basic functionality. And can't beat the price. I kind of quit using my most recent iteration when I went low-carb about three years ago, but since then I've eased off, keeping the "no sugar" regime but eating bread, so I bought another one. Out of curiosity, wonder if other people have had experience trying to bake reduced carb bread, such as Red Mill's low carb mix?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A definite need for Breadman to address I just received the unit. I have an old Breadman maker. So I am a return customer. My main gripe is WHY have tiny white lettering on a pale yellow background? Please fix this issue.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from We enjoy ours The order in which you do things is important, for adding ingredients and entering the settings. For example, yesterday I set the loaf size, the baking time, the crust color, and the baking type, in that order. When I pushed "start" the loaf size and baking time went back to default. It didn't affect the bread fortunately. The instructions could be clearer but with careful reading and page marking you can figure it out. Each loaf bakes perfectly every time without any adjustments for high altitude (5280 feet). I like that the baking can be delayed so I can time it to be ready when I can eat it warm. The recipes are good, my favorites being the italian herb bread and the raisin bread. It's a money saver too!
